Cultivating Cozy Community, a Day Retreat for Introverts

We all crave connection and community, as well as rest and retreat. Unfortunately for introverts, traditional retreat situations (as well as regular social gatherings) can sometimes feel scary, invasive, or emotionally and energetically overwhelming. I understand that because I am an introvert, too!     

This one-day retreat has been designed with you in mind. It will offer a small-group format, periods of restful congenial silence, self-reflective journal prompts, gentle opportunities for sharing and meaningful discussion, soothing meditation, time outside in a beautiful refuge along the Salmon River, and nourishing meals.    

The overarching intentions of the day will be to embrace and celebrate slowing down, to experience quiet community, to reflect and share thoughtfully, and to allow participants to relax into a safe, nourishing space of rest and restoration with others who also appreciate both solitude and togetherness.
