Fully Embodied: Encounters with the Sacred

Fully Embodied is a series of 4-hour workshops exploring and practicing full presence within the body, groundedness within the present moment, and conscious awareness of our movement through life. The familiar energy map of the Hindu chakras, familar to many through yoga practice, will serve as a symbolic scaffold upon which each workshop's focus is built.

Workshops can be attended and paid for individually. Those registering for sessions 4, 5, 6, and 7 as a block will receive a discount. If you prefer to register for all four remaining workshops, please go back and click on the bundled registration option to receive your discount.

Each workshop includes some gentle movement, discussion focused on the topic area, stories from the realm of myth, activities, embodiment practices, and guided meditation. We will meet from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday at the Community Hub McCall (114 N. 3rd St. - NOT the CUBxYoga Studio).

Encounters with the Sacred will explore the roles of awe, mystery, and longing in our lives, and the effects of these experiences on our bodies. We will also discuss practices and habits that support connection, meaning-making, and inner peace.
