About the Event
This 5-month, 10-session workshop brings together principles and practices from a variety of personal growth modalities, scholarly disciplines, and bodies of story. Within the context of a safe, small community, individuals will participate in exploring, crafting, and revising their life journeys. Our work during gatherings will include a combination of solo and group activities, discussion, written and creative work; meditation, and more. Homework will entail putting learnings into daily practice. This workshop will provide practical ACTIONABLE tools and techniques; a holistic approach incorportating mind, body, and soul; group engagement and accountability; supported personal work with access to support between sessions; and a unique curriculum designed by me and pulling from diverse resources.
