Life Design ONLINE by Earth•Story•Spirit

This 5-month, 10-session workshop brings together principles and practices from a variety of personal growth modalities, scholarly disciplines, and bodies of story. Within the context of a safe, small community, individuals will participate in exploring, assessing, crafting, and revising their life journeys. Our work during ZOOM gatherings will include a combination of solo and group activities, discussion, written and creative work, story work, meditation, and more. Homework will entail putting learnings into daily practice.

This workshop will provide practical ACTIONABLE tools and techniques; a HOLISTIC approach incorportating mind, body, and soul; small-group engagement and accountability; personal work with access to support between sessions; and a unique curriculum inspired by diverse sources.
